The purpose of the Leadership Accountability Team (LAT) is to govern the church towards the mission of Impact; determining the principles and boundaries of that mission.

The role is to compose, monitor, support and update the guiding principles which include the goals, boundaries and evaluation of the senior Pastor and allow him/her to lead the church toward fulfilling its mission.
