What is Frontline? In simple terms, Frontline is a collection of volunteers who serve 1 or more times during the month in a ministry dedicated to making people feel welcome at Impact.

Keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters and don't forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!

Our Mission is simple:

To open doors and hearts with open arms…so no one feels unwelcome or goes unnoticed and everyone finds their way and the place God has for them at Impact.

Our Vision is clear:

That Frontline moves from ministry to culture in this way: That those of us who call Impact our home are not only engaged in caring for each other, but in reaching beyond our relational boundaries to the people that God sends our way.

Our Tools are abundant:

We use an infectious smile, a friendly handshake, and a caring heart for everyone God sends through our doors. In addition, we are deliberate in our efforts and genuine in our actions to make people feel at home. In fact, we care enough to plan, organize, and train to fulfill our mission and create a consistent experience for everyone who visits Impact.

Within Frontline, there are 5 unique positions that work together through a common vision. Here’s a brief description of each position:

Common Grounds Attendant (Coffee Shop) is responsible to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while dispensing coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, tea and other drinks to our guest at each service.

Information Center Attendant is responsible to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for each guest who approaches the desk. In addition, the IC Attendant will provide information, insight, direction, and answers to questions covering a wide spectrum of topics including: service times, membership, adult and youth programs, ministries and ministry opportunities.

KidZone Guide is responsible to greet first time visitors to KidZone, help them register their children at the KidZone Desk, and answer general questions about KidZone and Impact.

Usher/Greeter is responsible to greet each person who enters Impact. In addition, the Usher/ Greeter is responsible for welcoming new guests, assisting people in finding a seat, and taking offering.

Team Leader is responsible for many things. But most importantly, the Team Leader leads the team in prayer 30 minutes before the start of each service. They are also highly sensitive to meeting and greeting people who may be visiting Impact for the first time.

Frontline is open to everyone who has a passion for making people feel welcome. We are also extremely flexible and sensitive to people’s busy lives. That’s why you get to pick how often, the time, and the position through which you serve.
